Both teams believe team culture and bonding is about more than playing ultimate. Players are committing to reflect on, learn from, and listen to the injustices Black and brown lives experience daily due to white supremacy, systematic racism, and police brutality present in America.

Beginning with the 2020 club season, Pittsburgh community players created a new ultimate program based on mutual respect, connection, and opportunity. This is the official website for the resulting overarching organization, which will encompass two united teams (Parcha and Incline) that offer different options to the athletes of Pittsburgh. Both teams play in the women's division within USAU represented by the "w" within the social media handles and contact information. We follow USAU's gender inclusion policy, which "affirms that people of all gender identities should have the freedom to participate in USA Ultimate sanctioned or championship series events in the division in which they feel most comfortable and safe based on their gender identity and should be recognized, respected and included at every level of the sport."
